Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered due to the nature of the items for sale. If the item is not what you expected please contact me via email providing as much detail as possible. If this is the case I will try my best to resolve the problem.

However, I do not take responsibility for items lost during postage.  It is very rare that items do go missing, but on occasion they may get held at customs or get lost within the postal service. I can send items special delivery with tracking if you are concerned about this.
