Shipping Terms:
All items are discreetly packaged & sealed. Your item will be placed in a zip lock bag, wrapped in craft paper and then placed into a plain padded envelope. Your order will begin once it has been confirmed and payment has been received.
I generally post 1st class which has always arrived next day, however if you'd prefer guaranteed next day delivery then please be aware of an extra charge as of Royal Mails prices. If you would prefer tracked &/or signed for also please state this.

If your happy with general 1st class postage please accept if it doesn't arrive my hands are tied. I will not be able to offer any form of exchange. However I have never had any issues with 1st class postage, but cannot guarantee delivery.

Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of the items I cannot offer a refund, however, I am more than happy resolving the problem should one arise.
If you have opted for Guaranteed Special Delivery I will send you the tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package.
