Refund Policy: Because these items are intimate and each  will be tailored to your requests/desires, monetary refunds cannot be made. However, an alternative arrangement can be made, so please feel free to email me in private and I will happily try to accomodate you. :)

Lost Parcel Policy: Oh no, that would be the last thing I want to happen! I will always provide a tracking number so please let me know instantly if the items are lost or not delivered. Unfortunately, I will not be able to hold any responsibility if the items do not reach your destination due to mailing company's unforeseen circumstances. However, if the parcels do get lost, then I will do my best to track it down, call the mailing company and sort things out to make sure you get the items you have been waiting for!
