My Lost item Policy:

Please contact me directly if the item does not arrive as expected, and i will endeavor to get it sorted. I will provide proof of purchase for all item, and a tracking number for anything sent as tracked or signed for. If sent tracked or signed for and the item can be proved as lost i will either refund the item, or send you a replacement FOC. This policy will be covered by tracked items only so I highly recommend to keep to tracked delivery where possible.
