Get a sheet of paper, write or print the words "Panty Trust Verified + Your Stage Name".  See the examples below.
Select an item that you would like to send off for verification, something that weights less than 3oz /100g will save you shipping costs.  This can be panties, stockings, socks etc. Put the item on, hold up the sign and take 1 photo capturing as much as you are comfortable with, in particular capturing the sign and the item you choose to wear. No face necessary.
Once happy with the photo, remove the item, place the item in an envelope and keep it somewhere safe as you will need to post this during the assessment.

Snap one 'glamorous' photo with no sign which you will be used for your profile, or use a 'glamorous' photo that you already have. A good quality photo is preferable. No face necessary.
