Shipping Terms:
For UK buyers, I will endeavour to send your items by Royal Mail First Class (Signed for) at the latest on the day after I receive payment from you. For socks and pantyhose, this should cost no more than £2.50 for P&P. For shoes, it will depend entirely on the weight of the parcel and I will give you a quote before purchase.
For overseas buyers, I too will aim to send your item by Royal Mail (Signed for) the day after I receive payment from you. I will also give you a quote for P&P before purchase using the Royal Mail Price Finder, based on your location and postage preferences.
All my items will be lovingly sealed in a seethrough ziplock bag- all the better to lock in all those girly scents- and sent in a very discreet brown envelope. If you have any other preferences re. P&P (i.e. receiving socks in a box or a DVD case) I can also accomodate, just ask!
Refund Policy:
If for some unfortunate reason you are unhappy with my luscious foot goodies, I will of course discuss the issue with you amicably over PM. However, due to the nature of my items and payment terms, I unfortunately cannot offer refunds or send out any "freebies"- sorry lovelies!
Lost Parcel Policy:
In the uncommon event that your little treat doesn't arrive, I'm afraid I cannot take responsibility for lost parcels or refund you. I will send all my parcels using Signed For options with the Royal Mail and therefore cannot claim responsibility for the mail service once it has left my hands. However, as above, I will be more than happy to discuss any issues you have over a friendly PM and try to come up with a solution. :)
