My Shipping Terms:
Shipping will be included in the price of my item and will be Second Class Signed  (delivered up to 3 days) unless requested otherwise. I will always vacseal any items straight after use and package them in a discreet, plain envelope or package for you. If in any case there is a waiting list for item wear, I will contact you with my next available date, making you aware of this before you finalise a purchase

My Refund Policy:
Any issues with the item missing in the post or for any reason you are unsatisfied, please do not hesitate to contact me as we can sort out a suitable solution where possible. My Lost Parcel Policy:

Using the standard shipping I provide within my item cost will allow me to check the item has been delivered to you safely- allowing me to check that it is arriving at the right place at the right time, with the assurance of cover in case the item gets lost. In the unlikely event of the loss of a parcel, you will be given a replacement of another item from my store of the same value as the lost item. This policy will be covered by tracked/signed items only so I highly recommend to keep to the standard shipping for my items or any other tracked options.
