Refund Policy: Unfortunately, due to the nature of these items I cannot accept returns or refunds, if you are unhappy with your purchase please email me and I am sure we can come to a resolution. 

Lost Parcel Policy: Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for lost items. A tracking number will be provided and the buyer will be responsible for contact with USPS if a package has been misplaced. If an item is truly lost, please email me and we can discuss a solution.
