Item will arrive within 3-5 business days for Australian buyers, and up to 14 business days outside of Australia. Item will be tracked and tracking number will be emailed to you once sent. I provide a tracking number so if items get lost, they can be found! No tracking- no post. Items may require a signature! 


Refund Policy: If a customer is unhappy with goods received for any reason, contact me to arrange a suitable replacement. Refunds will be the last port of call and arrengements will need to be made to ensure privacy to both parties.
