18 U.S.C. §2257 — Exemption Statement
The short version: the record-keeping duty attaches to people who produce sexually explicit visual depictions. This site produces none, hosts none, and stores none.

The statement
All content on pantytrust.com consists of text links and short written self-descriptions supplied by the people who hold pages here.
This site does not produce, create, host, store, or transmit any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2). There is no image upload of any kind anywhere in this service — no photographs, no video, no avatar files. The avatar shown on a page is a letter drawn by the stylesheet.
Because no such visual depictions exist here, the record-keeping and labelling obligations of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A, and the regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75, do not apply to this site. Accordingly there are no records to inspect and no custodian of records to name. This statement is made in place of one.
What §2257 actually covers
The list in §2256(2)(A) is fixed and shorter than most people assume. It covers depictions of actual sexual intercourse, masturbation, sadistic or masochistic abuse, and lascivious exhibition of the anus, genitals, or pubic area.
Nothing on this site is a visual depiction at all, so the question of whether a depiction would fall inside that list never arises here.
The pages we link to are not ours
A seller's page holds links to other platforms. We do not check what is on the other end of those links and we have no control over it. Each of those platforms is responsible for its own content and keeps its own §2257 records and notices, where the law requires them to. Look for their statement on their site, not on ours.
A link from here is not a statement by us about what it leads to.
The liveness check
One optional check asks for a photograph of an everyday object, a hand gesture, and four digits on a note. It is checked by a vision model in the moment and never stored — see Privacy. It is not a sexually explicit depiction, it is not published anywhere, and it does not exist after the check. Nothing about it brings this site inside §2257.
Everyone here is an adult
Holding a page requires being 18 or older. Content involving minors is reported to NCMEC and removed immediately — see the content policy.
