Terms of Use
PantyTrust gives you one web address that holds your links. That is the whole service. Read this before you take a page.
Last updated 15.09.2026 · United States · English is the binding version
This page contains placeholders. It must be completed before the service is advertised publicly. Anything written as [LIKE_THIS] is not yet filled in.
1. What this site is, and what it is not
PantyTrust hosts a page at pantytrust.com/yourname. On it are the links you put there and a few lines you wrote about yourself. People put that address in an Instagram bio so buyers can find the places they already sell.
Nothing is sold here. There is no shopping cart, no price field, no payment, no checkout, no messaging between users, and no way to upload a picture to a page. We never take a cut of anything, because no money moves through this site at all. Every sale you make happens somewhere else, on a platform with its own rules and its own terms.
That means the people you deal with are not our users and we cannot help you with them. If a buyer on another platform does not pay, or a platform closes your account, that is between you and them.
2. You must be 18 or older
You must be at least 18 years old to take a page, and to use this site at all. There is no exception to this and no process for appealing it. If we believe an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove it.
Everyone appearing in, or referred to by, anything you link to must also be an adult.
3. What you may put on your page
Your links, your display name, a line about what you sell, and short statements about yourself. The full rules are in the content policy, and they are part of these terms. In short:
- It has to be yours. Your links, your name, your words.
- No sexually explicit images — there is nowhere to put an image here anyway, and your card must not be made into one with words either.
- Nothing illegal, and nothing that pretends to be someone else.
- No prices and no sales on this page. Take that to the platform you sell on.
4. We do not check what you write
This is the part people get wrong, so it is written plainly. Everything on your page came from you. We do not verify your links, we do not visit them, we do not know what is on the other end, and we do not vouch for any platform you point at.
Where we have checked something, the page says so in those words, with the date and who checked it. If a page does not say we checked a thing, we did not check it. We never print a seller's own claim as though it were a finding of ours — they are kept apart deliberately, all the way down into the database.
A page on this site is not a recommendation, a rating, a score, or a statement that anyone is safe or honest to deal with.
5. We can remove a page
We may suspend or delete a page, with or without warning, if we believe it breaks these terms or the content policy, if we are required to by law, or if leaving it up would put someone in danger. We will tell you why where we can do so safely.
Some names are reserved for the site itself and can never be taken. Names that are confusingly similar to an existing one are refused, because a lookalike address is how someone steals another seller's buyers.
6. Your page belongs to you, and you can end it
You keep whatever rights you have in what you write. You give us permission to show it on your page, which is the only thing we do with it.
You can delete everything yourself, at any time, by typing your own handle to confirm. That deletes the row and everything hanging off it. There is no tombstone record and no hidden copy. See Privacy for exactly what that removes.
7. No warranty, and the limit of what we owe you
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we do not promise that a page will bring you buyers.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost earnings, lost buyers, or anything that happens to you on another platform or with a person who found you through a link here. Some places do not allow limits like this, and where that is so, this paragraph applies only as far as it legally can.
8. User content and Section 230
The links and the self-descriptions on seller pages are written by the sellers, not by us. Under 47 U.S.C. §230, a provider of an interactive computer service is not treated as the publisher or speaker of information provided by someone else. That is the basis on which this site carries what sellers write.
It does not protect anyone from federal criminal law, and we do not treat it as a reason to leave harmful material up. See Report abuse.
9. Changes, and which law applies
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and change the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of [OPERATOR_JURISDICTION], United States.
10. Who we are
This service is operated by [OPERATOR_NAME], [OPERATOR_ADDRESS]. Write to us at [OPERATOR_EMAIL].
